For the Love of Coffee

I am addicted. And I'm totally ok with that. (When I'm not ok is when I don't have my morning cup of joe...)

This could easily turn into a love letter to caffeine, but I won't bore you with my obsession. Instead, I'd like to highlight how fantastic coffee is for you and your body, with some easily digestible facts about this warm hug in a mug.

coffee = awesome

First and foremost, the heavenly nectar not only gives you a pep in your step, it's also good for you:

  • Packed with vitamins! A single cup of coffee contains 11% of Riboflavin (vitamin B2), 6% of Pantothenic Acid (vitamin B5), 3% of Manganese and Potassium, and 2% of Niacin and Magnesium*

  • Studies have shown that drinking caffeine can boost your metabolism (bye bye calories!)
  • Loaded with antioxidants

  • Working out? Drink coffee! We all know it helps us stay awake and alert, but it also increases levels of adrenaline in your body which will give you that extra boost next time you are working out*
