Winter Cocktails


In honour of the freakin' weekend and the fact that cocktails are delicious all year round, we decided to do a story at Calvin Bar in Toronto where the drinks were inspired by our very own E! programming.

One cocktail has deep fried ice cream, and the other has a RAW EGG in it... Still freaks me out because ever since I can remember, I thought we weren't supposed to eat eggs raw, but somehow in a cocktail it is mom-approved...

Flip Madness

  • 5 oz hot cider
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1.5 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz averna amaro 
  • 1 oz maple syrup
  • Maple bitters 

Koko's Cocoa

  • Hot cocoa
  • 1.5 oz spiced rum 
  • Pecan maple syrup 
  • 0.5 oz creme de menthe
  • Maple bitters
  • Whipped cream
